This Privacy Policy explains how Travels4You.com ("Travels4You", "we", "our", or "us"), a global travel-business listing and discovery platform, collects, uses, stores, and protects information of travellers, visitors, and travel agencies worldwide using our website and related services (collectively referred to as the “Services”). By accessing or using our platform, you acknowledge the practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

Information Submitted by Users

We collect personal and business information when users or travel agencies interact with our platform.

  • When creating an account or submitting a listing, we may collect name, business name, email address, phone number, business location, services offered, website links, and other business-related details.
  • Travel agencies may submit additional company information such as company descriptions, images, contact information, and service details for public listing.
  • When travelers submit inquiries or booking requests, we collect contact details and travel requirements to connect them with suitable agencies.
  • Users may submit reviews or feedback. Reviews may appear publicly with optional attribution depending on user preference.
  • When a travel agency purchases a Travels4You listing plan, we collect transaction-related information such as the selected plan, amount, currency, order reference, payment status, gateway payment identifier, and transaction timestamps.

Payment Information

Payments for Travels4You promotional or Featured Listing services are processed by Razorpay, an independent India-based payment service provider. Eligible agencies outside India may pay using supported international payment methods and currencies where enabled by Razorpay, their bank, and applicable law. Payment credentials such as complete card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs, net-banking passwords, and banking authentication codes are entered on Razorpay's secure payment interface and are not stored by Travels4You.

We receive and retain limited payment records from Razorpay to confirm a transaction, prevent duplicate processing, activate the purchased listing service, reconcile settlements, handle support requests, and comply with legal or accounting requirements. Razorpay processes payment and related personal information under its own Privacy Policy.

Information about Others

Users may provide traveler or client details while submitting travel inquiries or requests. Users must obtain consent before sharing third-party information.

Information Collected Automatically

We automatically collect certain technical data through cookies and analytics tools to improve user experience and platform performance.

This may include browser type, IP address, device type, pages visited, time spent on pages, referring websites, and approximate geographic location.

Cookies help personalize user experience, remember preferences, and improve website functionality. Users can disable cookies through browser settings, although some features may not function correctly.

Location data may also be used to display nearby travel agencies and location-relevant services.

2. How We Use Collected Information

We use collected data to:

  • Agency listing details are publicly displayed to help travelers find services.
  • Traveler inquiry information may be shared with relevant travel agencies to fulfill requests.
  • Information may be shared with service providers supporting our platform operations such as hosting, analytics, and customer support.
  • Payment and transaction information may be shared with Razorpay, its partner banks, payment networks, fraud-prevention providers, and regulatory authorities where necessary to process or verify a payment, issue an approved refund, manage a dispute, or comply with law.
  • Data may be disclosed if required by law or to protect rights and safety.

Razorpay and other service providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies. Travels4You does not sell payment credentials or ask customers to disclose an OTP, UPI PIN, CVV, or banking password to us by phone, email, WhatsApp, or support chat.

4. Advertising and Analytics

We may use third-party analytics and advertising services to understand user behavior and display relevant travel-related advertisements.

Users may control advertising preferences through browser or advertising platform settings.

5. Access, Correction, and Deletion of Information

Users and agencies may request access, updates, corrections, or deletion of their data by contacting us. Certain records may be retained where required for payment reconciliation, fraud prevention, dispute handling, accounting, tax, legal, or regulatory obligations. Public listing content may also remain in backups for a limited period after removal.

6. Data Retention

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary to provide Services, administer listings, maintain transaction and consent records, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Data no longer required is deleted or anonymized in accordance with our operational and legal requirements.

7. Security Measures

We implement technical and administrative safeguards to protect information against unauthorized access, misuse, or loss. However, no online platform can guarantee absolute security.

8. Third-Party Links

Our platform may contain links to external travel websites or service providers. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those websites. Razorpay's hosted checkout and related payment pages are governed by Razorpay's own policies.

10. Children’s Privacy

Account registration, agency listing purchases, and payment services are intended only for persons who are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract. We do not knowingly request payment information from children.

Travels4You is available to users and travel businesses in multiple countries. If you access the Services from outside India, your information may be transferred to and processed in India and in other countries where our hosting, communications, analytics, fraud-prevention, or payment providers operate. Privacy and data-protection laws may differ between countries.

Where required by applicable law, we or our service providers use appropriate contractual, technical, and organisational safeguards for cross-border processing. Users remain entitled to mandatory privacy rights available in their jurisdiction and may contact us to make a data request.
