The mission of Travels4You.com is to connect travelers with travel agencies, tour operators, transport providers, and travel service companies worldwide. Our platform helps travelers discover and compare travel agencies while allowing agencies to promote their services online.
Travels4You is a global listing and discovery platform. Access, listing availability, payment methods, currencies, and individual features may vary by country, applicable law, service-provider coverage, and technical availability.
The terms “we”, “us”, or “our” refer to Travels4You.com. The terms “you”, “user”, “traveler”, or “travel agency” refer to any individual or company accessing or using our website and services.
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING OUR SERVICES. By accessing Travels4You.com, creating an account, submitting listings, reviews, inquiries, or using any part of the Services, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should discontinue use of the Services immediately.
Eligibility
Users must be at least 18 years old to create accounts, submit agency listings, or post reviews on the platform.
Account Registration
Users and travel agencies may create accounts to manage listings or inquiries. You agree to provide accurate and updated information. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials and for all activities under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.
Your Use of the Services
By using our Services, you agree to:
User Content
Users may submit reviews, comments, listings, inquiries, and other content (“User Content”). You are solely responsible for content submitted by you.
Submitted content must not be false, defamatory, unlawful, or violate third-party rights. Travels4You reserves the right to edit or remove content violating platform guidelines.
Travel Agency Listings
Agency profiles on Travels4You are informational listings. We do not guarantee performance, quality, or outcomes of services offered by listed agencies. Users must independently verify agencies before making bookings or payments.
Booking and Travel Transactions
Travels4You does not directly provide travel services or process bookings unless explicitly stated. All bookings or agreements occur directly between travelers and travel agencies. Travels4You is not responsible for disputes, service quality, cancellations, or payment issues.
License to Use Submitted Content
By submitting content, users grant Travels4You a worldwide, royalty-free license to display and use submitted content for promotional and operational purposes.
Prohibited Activities
Ownership & Intellectual Property
All website design, features, logos, and platform content belong to Travels4You except user-submitted content.
Payment & Featured Listings
Travel agencies may use a Free Listing or purchase a time-limited promotional or Featured Listing plan offered by Travels4You. Current plan price, currency, duration, benefits, and applicable conditions are displayed on the Listing Plans page before checkout.
Featured Listing payments purchase promotional visibility on relevant Travels4You category and location pages. Payment does not purchase or guarantee verification, a blue tick, ratings, reviews, customer enquiries, bookings, revenue, or a particular search position. Placement depends on approved profile information, relevant categories and service locations, plan priority, platform rules, and availability.
Paid listing transactions are processed through Razorpay. By proceeding with checkout, you authorize Razorpay and participating banks or payment networks to process the payment and you also agree to the applicable Razorpay Terms of Use. Travels4You does not store complete card details, CVV, UPI PINs, net-banking passwords, or banking OTPs.
Razorpay is an India-based payment processor. Agencies outside India may use supported international cards, currencies, or other methods only where those options are enabled and lawful. The payer's bank or payment provider may apply exchange rates, cross-border charges, taxes, authentication requirements, or transaction restrictions. Displaying a plan globally does not guarantee that every payment method is available in every country.
A plan is considered paid only after successful gateway verification. A successfully paid plan may remain in a pending-approval state while Travels4You reviews the agency profile. Featured visibility begins after the required profile approval. At the end of the paid duration, the approved profile may continue as a Free Listing unless renewed or otherwise restricted under these Terms.
Pricing, Taxes & Payment Records
Prices may change for future purchases. The amount and currency confirmed at checkout apply to that order. Gateway charges, currency-conversion charges, bank charges, and applicable taxes may apply where disclosed or required by law. Agencies must keep their billing and contact information accurate and should retain the order reference and payment receipt.
Cancellations & Refund Requests
Featured Listings are digital promotional services. If a payment is duplicated, charged but not correctly recorded, or affected by a technical problem, contact Travels4You promptly with the order reference. Cancellation and refund requests are reviewed according to the payment status, whether promotional service has started, the circumstances of the request, gateway records, and applicable law. Any approved refund will ordinarily be sent to the original payment method; the receiving bank or payment provider controls the final credit timeline.
Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
Before raising a chargeback, please contact Travels4You so that we can investigate the transaction. You agree to provide reasonable transaction, identity, and service records when required to resolve a payment dispute. Fraudulent, abusive, or duplicate disputes may result in suspension of paid benefits or the related account, subject to applicable law.
Payment Security
Travels4You will never ask for your CVV, UPI PIN, net-banking password, card PIN, or payment OTP through email, telephone, WhatsApp, or support chat. You are responsible for using a trusted device and checking that checkout is served through Razorpay's secure interface before entering payment credentials.
Disclaimer
Services are provided on an “as-is” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or accuracy of listings. Users use the platform at their own risk.
Limitation of Liability
Travels4You shall not be liable for losses arising from use of the platform, including travel disputes, cancellations, or service failures of listed agencies.
Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify Travels4You against claims arising from misuse of Services or violation of these Terms.
Third-Party Links
The website may contain links to third-party travel services and payment services. We are not responsible for their independent practices or content. Use of Razorpay's checkout is also governed by Razorpay's policies, while your purchase of a Travels4You listing plan remains subject to these Terms.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after updates indicates acceptance.
Global Access & Local Compliance
Travellers and travel businesses may access Travels4You from different countries. You are responsible for ensuring that your listings, services, licences, advertising claims, communications, taxes, consumer disclosures, and use of the platform comply with the laws applicable to you and the locations you serve. Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory consumer or data-protection rights that cannot lawfully be excluded in a user's jurisdiction.
